Applications of BBa_K1787001
When expressing this part in a T7 expression strain, the produced protein can be isolated using a NiNTA Kit and, after purification, run through a SDS-PAGE. The gel can be stained by means of silver staining reagents and our preliminary data suggests that this polypeptide's colouration differs from that of the common colouration obtained by this staining technique (different shades of brown are highly usual).
